PB2 Greek Yogurt & Cream Cheese Fruit Dips

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip


  • 1 package (8oz) 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, room temp.
  • 8oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey (blue agave syrup works as well)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fruit, for dipping
  1. Place cream cheese in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat on low speed until creamy and smooth.
    Slowly add the yogurt and continue to beat until well combined.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice; beat until combined and smooth.
  3. Cover the dip and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Serve with fruit for dipping, and enjoy!

PB2 Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip


  • 1 1/4 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup PB2 peanut butter
    (PB2 substitute cuts this recipe of fat by 7 grams, and doubles it's protein value)
  • 1 Tbsp honey, or Blue Agave
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with fruit for dipping, and enjoy!
