Peanut Butter Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (I made mine with PB 2)
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator to solidify.
  2. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like (I did ~1")
  3. Store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
    *Makes about 20-25 balls.
